It is generally easy to see how stress can cause our hormonal systems to become imbalanced and cause all sorts of problems. This is because, if you remember, our brains do need some histamines to transmit signals. So, by taking an antihistamine, you are risking so many signals being blocked that you experience brain fog and fatigue.
